Craig Adams

Craig Adams is Prosource.IT’s Director of Personnel. He is 38 years old and completed his first piece of paid IT work in 1987... whilst still at school! In 1994, after graduating from the Robert Gordon University with a Degree in Computer Science, Craig founded Outsource IT (Scotland) Limited, and grew along with his skills in infrastructure architecture, service management, and of course personnel. In July 2003 Outsource IT merged with Promac (Aberdeen) Limited, a similar sized business, to form Prosource.IT (UK) Limited. His role focuses on the workforce, and encompasses recruitment, training, motivation, troubleshooting, and retention, which Craig is particularly proud of as, over the past 12 years, it has averaged at 95% plus!! Outside of work Craig is a silent partner in a local music venue, rides motorcycles, serves as an instructor in Street Combat System, and lives with his wife Laura, a cat, two parrots, and two ferrets.
