Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to work for 2010
Prosource.it received further industry recognition with a 2nd consecutive appearance in the Sunday Times rankings of Best Companies to work for. Despite a record number of entries, prosource managed to retain its spot in the top 100, remaining number 2 in Scotland and within the top 10 in the computing sector.
Like previous years the ranking is primarily based on staff feedback via anonymous survey, so we are strongly encouraged that the company is rated so highly by its workforce.
This is the 3rd recognition of how prosource looks after its employees, falling hot on the heels of the Scottish Business Insider Scott-Moncrieff Best SME 300 Employer for 2009 and the Sunday Times 2009 award. Staff satisfaction and retention are key to prosource’s business model and is a major contributor to its 500% growth since 2004.
