Alan McConachie has been an employee of Prosoure.IT
since 2000 after completing a degree in Computer Science at The
Robert Gordon University. During his time at Prosource.IT he worked
up through various roles in Smith International involved in everything
from Desktop Support to SOX compliance. He then moved onto Project
roles first at BSkyB before returning to the oil industry and
the Shell Contract. Alan’s project roles have seen him specialise
in Process and Service Development in addition to managing various
projects. Outside work Alan enjoys being out in the Scottish mountains
either hiking up Munros or cycling through muddy trails. On a
wet Sunday he can be found following all levels of motorsport.
