The Directors are joined in the UK Leadership Team by:  

Amanda Milne

Amanda joined Outsource IT as a trainee IT support technician in 1998, and quickly moved to an IT coordinator role at Schlumberger where she was responsible for 9 client sites and 13 staff. Around the time of the merger in 2003 Amanda had her first child and when she returned to work she took up the position of Service Delivery Manager based at our head office. Within this role she ensures that we deliver a sterling service to our customers whilst also taking care of invoicing, payroll, company benefits and events.

Amanda lives in Aberdeen with her husband Alan and their two children. Out with work Amanda enjoys spending quality time with her family – swimming, cycling, climbing, going to the cinema, eating out and more recently has started horse riding lessons. If she has any time left over you will find her at the gym.
 

Rachael Jaypalan

Rachael graduated with an MA in Human Resource Management & Employment Law from Westminster University. After graduating she started work in Insurance, Investment Banking and & professional services. Thereafter she was Head of HR at the CBI, before relocating to Scotland in 2008. Since then Rachael has worked in the Oil & Gas field offering HR consultancy services to clients.

In February 2011 Rachael joined prosource as HR Manager, and is responsible for all aspects of HR ranging from recruitment, selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations and more. Rachael lives in Aberdeenshire with her husband and two children, and they enjoy running, skiing and anything outdoors.
 

Keith Bradley

The Business Unit Leader for prosource.it in the South East, Keith graduated from Bristol University with a BSc. (Eng) in Engineering Mathematics. He joined Mobil as an IT business analyst which started a 20 year IT career in the Oil & Gas industry including leadership roles at BP and Petro-Canada.

After a long career in large corporates, Keith wanted to change direction and so took up the challenge at prosource.it to help it grow and prosper. He has experience in all areas of IT and is particularly passionate about leading teams and helping individuals to realise their potential through focused coaching.

Keith lives outside Cambridge with his wife Nicci and three children. He is a Governor of the local school and chairs their Business Committee. He describes himself as a “sports junkie” and having retired from a long football career, now hits a much smaller ball around the golf course most weekends!
 

Alastair Kerr

Alastair graduated with a B.Sc in Sports Science from the University of Ulster and an MBA from Loughborough University. In 1990, he founded a PoS/CRM software business which grew from a standing start to exit in 1999 when the business sold to a LSE listed PLC.

In 2001/02, having been promoted to MD and acting CEO of the Company he led a business critical re-structuring of the PLC’s main software business, Gladstone MRM.

In 2003 Alastair returned to Ireland where he has since made investments as a Business Angel in several technology based SME’s. He has also undertaken a number of hands-on interim management project engagements in both Sales and Managing Director roles.

He joined prosource.it in January 2011 as part of the continuing expansion of the sales organisation in the UK. Alastair commutes to London and Aberdeen from Northern Ireland where he lives with his wife Wendy and two teenage sons.

A keen golfer and avid rugby fan Alastair is enthusiastic, competitive, driven & passionate both in work and at play!

Stuart Houston

Stuart graduated from Strathclyde University in 1981 with a 1st Class Honours degree in Maths and started his career with a computer programming job in the Oil & Gas industry with Glasgow based BNOC. He spent 4 years in Glasgow working as a programmer and systems analyst before moving to Aberdeen in late 1985 with Britoil to complete an offshore process control project. During the following 18 years Stuart took on several team lead, project and service management roles and was heavily involved in BP’s early IT outsourcing activities. In 2004 he took on a senior management position in BP’s Global Infrastructure organisation based in Sunbury then Stockley Park but after 5 years of weekly commuting from Aberdeen, he decided to leave BP to find an Aberdeen based job. So in early 2010, after 28 years of working in all aspects of IT for BNOC/Britoil/BP, Stuart joined prosource.it and is currently account manager/SDM for one of our Top 5 clients as well as prosource.it Chief of Staff, overseeing HR, HSE and Project and Service Delivery.

Stuart lives in Aberdeen with his wife Sharon and two teenage daughters. When not at work, Stuart is a keen golfer, plays tennis, skis and performs with a local amateur dramatic society.
 

Mark Aikman

Global Head of Professional Services & Solutions for prosource.it, Mark graduated with a BSc in Business Information Technology from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle. Mark has a blue chip background having spent 4 years working directly for the CIO and main board of Cadbury Schweppes as well as brands such as T-Mobile and Boots. A Senior IT Operations & Programme Director level, with large global transformation and programme leadership experience. Mark joined Prosource.it in 2008 and has worked with many of the company’s large accounts on major change programmes and complex business solutions.

Mark lives in Kent with his partner & their son. His outside interests, when not entertaining his young son, are cycling and driving his classic Porsche
