Ken Jensen 

President US

Ken joined prosource.it early in 2008 to assist with the company’s expansion into the US market. The fast pace of growth in US operations ensure he’s kept busy across multiple fronts; including commercial engagement, operations, company infrastructure and strategy.

Prior to joining prosource.it Ken was Director of Product Management at Aruba Networks, a California headquartered enterprise WLAN and security networking startup, where he had product line responsibility for much of the company’s award winning product range of mobility controllers, wireless/RF systems and segment solutions including wireless mesh and industrial outdoor platforms; working closely with the company’s global sales team, R&D, finance, marketing, support and offshored OEM manufacturing partners. The company went public on the NASDAQ (ARUN) in 2007.

His earlier career has seen him direct multiple product lines/groups for numerous mobile & carrier networking equipment manufacturers such as US Robotics/3Com (responsible for ISP Total Control RAS platform feature set across Asia Pacific), Ericsson (carrier 3G UMTS/EDGE/CDMA packet data infrastructure platforms and media gateways and as advisor to the office of the CTO) and Redback Networks (mobile 3G cellular data platforms for their wireless business unit).

Ken immigrated to the US from Scotland in 1995 and currently lives in San Jose California with his wife and two children. He holds a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Aberdeen College of Technology. In his free time he enjoys fly fishing, skiing and scuba.
 

Allie Fairbairn

Operations Manager US

Allie joined prosource.it in February 2005 and worked on the First Group contract as Change Manager / Training Manager assisting in the creation of 6 exemplar sites throughout the UK. Allie then moved to the BP contract and has worked as a Project Manager, PMO Manager and latterly as PMO Managed Service Manager. A move to Houston in September 2010 saw Allie take on the role of Operations Manager ensuring the set up and smooth running of the fast growing US operation overseeing HR, finance and operational activities. Allie also continues to manage PMO services in both the UK and US.

Allie lives in Houston with her husband Walter. Out of work Allie enjoys attending sporting events, eating out, travelling and when time allows golfing.
 

Alan Forsyth

Account Director US

Alan started his computing career, after a brief spell in Quantity Surveying, in 1988 as a Computer Technician with Computacenter, moving up through the organization to a role with the Advanced Networking Division. This was then followed by a number of years as Support Manager for a local computer services company Aberdeen. In 1998, Alan then moved to Belgium to take up a role as Global Technical Lead for a worldwide rollout of Windows NT4 for DHL, and continued in other major projects for DHL which took him all around the globe for a further four years.

A move back to Aberdeen saw Alan joinin prosource.it in August 2000 and his first major project engagement with BP - and a continuation of the global travel - as Deployment lead for a major Thin Client implementation throughout BP. Further Technical, Project and Programme Management roles followed with Active Directory implementation, Desktop Refresh and design, Virtualization and Automated Provisioning, and major Data Centre implementation and migration projects.
In April 2010, Alan took on the position of Account Director responsible for all prosource.it activities within BP and other major accounts in the Americas.

Alan splits his time between the US and UK, and when not travelling or taxi driving his two teenage daughters, likes to ski and golf and is an avid cyclist – having recently cycled the 850 mile John O’ Groats to Lands End route in 98 hours.
