prosource.it received yet more industry-recognition at the Scottish Business Insider SME 300 awards ceremony in Glasgow. The company managed to scoop the awards for “Best SME 300 Employer” and “Best Medium SME 300 Company”, after making a shortlist of three companies in each company.
The “Best SME 300 Employer” award recognises how a company looks after their employees by considering aspects such as employee rewards, engagement and welfare. It also takes into account the values and structure of a business and how they align with employee wellbeing.
The “Best SME 300 Company”
award looked at a company’s leadership, vision, performance against business
plan and future growth strategy.
In particular, the judges were looking for companies that have prospered during
the past 12 months.
These awards cap a fantastic year for the company, adding to the high placing in the ‘Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For’ survey in February and the ‘Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year’ regional awards.
